Downloads: Serial Number

Huh?

I preordered the game a while ago. I use a two seperate e-mail accounts, and the one I have set up with Stardock (and thus, SDC and JoeUser), uses e-mail 1. E-mail 2 is the one I preordered the game with. I can download the game perfectly, and run it perfectly (as I've played it about 6 bajillion times so far), and I have no problem with the game itself.
Error 3: Serial Number Is Not Registered To This Account
However, when I go to enter my serial number onto the webpage to get the collector's edition content, it claims the serial number is not registered to this account. Huhwhat? Any way to fix this?

Oh, and the game so far gets a 9 out of 10, it's awesome.

Don't mean to bump, but I don't think this problem has been solved anywhere ( I looked, lots). Any suggestions, other than making a new account with email 2?

Oh, and here's a bit more info.
SDC uses email 1. I ordered with email2 (more secure than email1). I used email1 because a long time ago, I had a JoeUser account, and that's what I put it for SDC. I registered the game fine using email2 in SDC, and downloaded it (it runs fine), but for the collector's edition extra content, I can't download it. Get said error above when I put S# into the box. Tried it lots of ways, tried getting new S#, nothing.
Made another account for email2, did NOT get validation e-mail. Got new serial number e-mail in 30 seconds, and same with lost password e-mail, but no validation e-mail. Very confused.
